Yes, it's very possible. Not only do you have the IBO out there but you still have Manny Pacquiao the current (WBA) welterweight titleholder and Terrence Crawford the current (WBO) welterweight titleholder and both are very winnable fights for Shawn Porter.

For the exception of Kell Brooks with his excessive holding all three of Porter's losses have come within the margin of error; Which means they were razor thin close.
