Talks about how he was affected by money, and talked about hitting Paulie's girl the week before the fight, which threw Paulie off his game.

Few things from that interview
- lmao @ Vlad pronouncing Paulie's name
- Broner, even after losing four fights in one sided fashion, and plus a draw in another, still brags about how he "f***ked up" Escobedo, DeMarco, and Gavin Rees. FOH. You'd think he'd be humbled a little after getting his ass whipped by Maidana, Porter, Mikey and Pacquiao.
- What was that sidepiece chick's name? The one who Paulie was with and Broner claimed he f***ked during fight week? Lol dude she sounds like gets passed around like a joint in the boxing world. So Robert Easter was talking to her too? Meanwhile she was both Paulie's and AB's sidepiece during the lead up to that fight? And lmfao @ Broner bragging how Paulie loved her but he still f***ked her anyway
wtf did I just listen to -
Well, he's not wrong. His decline specifically started with the Paulie win. Prior to that the guy was fulfilling his 'eye test' obligations.Few things from that interview

I had Broner winning close, but come on. You can't compare Broner's performance against de Leon to his performance against Maidana.
The de Leon fight was just one of those bad style matchups. Like Floyd/Burton.
With Chino, Broner half-assed the first half of the fight then got dropped in the second half when he was trying to get momentum back after Chino butted him, and Broner damn near half tried against Paulie. Not even close.Comment

Ponce outworked and outlanded Broner fairly easy, should've won the fight 7-3. Floyd actually beat and stopped Burton after struggling a bit, not a good comparison.I had Broner winning close, but come on. You can't compare Broner's performance against de Leon to his performance against Maidana.

No way. That was more like 6-4 to either guy. And again, bad style matchup.
That doesn't compare to him half-assing against Porter for 11 rounds, for example. Him being the first to drop Porter on the first punch of the 12th should have been evidence the guy had talent that he chose not to use. He doesn't let his hands go, he fights defensively when that's never been his strongest style. He's always been an effective aggressor.
Against de Leon he tried to fight aggressive, but de Leon was not going to be denied and Broner went on the defensive mid-fight, which was a mistake. He should have just gone to war, like Floyd did.Comment
