Showtime and Premier Boxing Champions announced during Showtime's tripleheader Saturday night that Jermall Charlo's middleweight title fight against Sergiy Derevyanchenko will take place before Jermell Charlo faces Jeison Rosario later the night of September 26 as part of the same pay-per-view show.

This is a great card. There is room for a ton of competitiveness.

One could say this is Jermall's 'first real' fight.

It certainly is the first time he has signed to fight a respected name, a highly ranked MW, who arguably could have gotten the nod when he fought GGG for the IBF strap.

Now we will see what these usually sheltered PBC stable boys are made of. I see this as potentially an interesting style match-up, as Derevyanchenko alsways comes to win.
