In the boxing circles I keep getting word that TR is / was actively looking for fighters to fill their shows on ESPN.
Haven't heard of Anything aside from Ryan and Linares from GBP.

I see Golden Boy send a lot of their guys over to ESPN already. The August card was set, it's just missing a headliner.

Silly comment, Golden Boy’s stable is deep w/t young talent. Unquestionably, the most talented youngster in boxing in Vergil Ortiz, along with the most popular prospect in Ryan Garcia. Add Bek the Bully, Jaime Munguia, Alexis Rocha, Joshua Franco, Hector Tanajara, Rashidi Ellis, Luis Hernandez, Luis Feliciano, JoJo Diaz, Aaron McKenna, Patrick Teixeira, Tristan Kalkreuth etc... Golden Boy is here stay and are much better position than PBC with their prospects .

Nah. Mannix and Dan Rafael did a podcast today reporting that things with Garcia and GBP are good and the situation with DAZN trying to get Canelo to take a reduced fee has united Canelo and Oscar.

Nothin' like a common enemy.

DAZN has yet to sign off on going ahead with a Fortuna-Tanajara card. Since TV rights are the only money coming in, DAZN has the only say.

Mannix was speculating that they'd rather push the card out a month and reschedule Linares-Fortuna, so they're waiting until the last minute in case Linares comes to them and says he feels better and will be ready in three weeks or whatever.
