It's fairly easy to say you did something when the camera wasnt there to prove it.

Example: I saw Mike Tyson on the streets on New York once and pumped slapped him and made him my *****!

That's all fabricated but the point is it's easy to say something yet different to prove it happened.

The thread title is a little bit misleading.

It made it sound like Lomachenko was talking trash, but he is just saying that it will be like a sparring session because of the lack of a crowd.

I'm afraid that after all the talk & anxious wait, what we'll get in the end will be Lomachenko by comfortable decision.

If Linares can have Loma sitting down then Lopez can too, especially if he connects with the kind of right hand that thudded into Commey's face. That was a beauty of a punch. Loma definite fave but Lopez got the power to change things

Yeah, I mean he dislocated his shoulder and still made Linares quit. Total luck, zero skill and willpower.

Exactly! It's like some people just look at the headline rather than read or skim through some of the article before posting. Both Loma and Lopez will be ready for this fight but I still don't see Lopez pulling off the upset given his amateur background and level of pro opposition he had, Commey being his best to date but that ended too fast to learn if Lopez improved after the Nakatani fight. We already know he has power and good reflexes but what else. Porter who sparred with Lopez believes the fight will be competitive but doesn't think Lopez will pull it off, including Mikey Garcia and Jose Ramirez. I'm with those guys.

Ahh well since he said it, he deserves all the belts now.

Lets not forget Lomachenko was injured most of that fight. Yet he still won.
