Again show me proof, because Imma give you some 411, if he did pop for PED's he will go to jail in the Philippines because he is a politician and that is illegal period, boy has a lot to lose on a failed drug test unlike other boxers who at most will lose some money and reputation, Pacquaio would actually serve jail time because how Philippine law works.

That country has some interesting laws for instance you can go to jail if you commit adultery (unless its with the same sex then your free and clear because the law states that adultery can only be committed between a MAN AND A WOMAN not the same sex).

Or if a husband or wife catches their spouse in bed with another lover THEY CAN LEGALLY KILL THEM and it would be considered justifiable homicide (i kid you not, they take that adultery **** serious LOL ).

That would be a very hotly contested and highly competitive fight. Unfortunately, this pandemic is complicating the sport of boxing. It's very difficult for us to get the matchups that we want to see without a live gate. The promoters do want to lose any money.
