like I said when the fight was first announced, this was always going to be the problem...
"We’re blowing out of our arse after four rounds as young professional fighters. We just manage the recovery and breathe differently and go a bit flat-footed through the fight. But when you’re in your 50s, you’re absolutely exhausted and you can’t recover. Your fitness is your ability to recover and you can’t recover when you’re old. So there is a danger of this becoming a no-contest after four rounds, there really is."
Jones needs to stay on his feet for the first 3 rounds
edit:
Jones needs to stay on his feet for the first 2 rounds, then it becomes a different fightLast edited by aboutfkntime; 08-11-2020, 08:42 AM.

Tyson may be in for more than he bargained for. Roy is not nearly as inactive and has to have more of a fuel tank. The postponement should help Tyson though

He could not get away from them hence the reaction. Now of course it was over the top but it wasn't done "out of frustration" it's ridiculous that people thing if he is taken to deep waters or later rounds he'll do something crazy. That simply isn't the case.
I don't even think he was trying to get out of the fight vs Holyfield, I just think his rage went out of control. I have never bought into the assumption that he was trying to get out of the fight, because he was afraid.

this is what I've been telling my friend. tyson is gonna go berserk for 3 to 4 rounds after that he's gonna gas n Roy is gonna pot shot him the rest of the way. I got Roy in this fight. just hope he don't get killed.

Tyson - a man who spent his childhood in Brownsville - "afraid"? It's just laughable.
