I mean we can debate the question all we like, however unless we understand his motives for fighting in the first place, we can't really decide if it's time to call it a day or not. Maybe he just likes to fight, in which case let him go on for as long as it's safe to do so.

Boxing fans fixate on a boxer being undefeated and being the very best, but I personally don't gaf if somebody is the best. I watch the sport to be entertained and while 2 undefeateds facing off is exciting, all of that fades away when the 1st bell rings anyway. If a fight is good, it's just good.

Retire and do what work at Walmart? He’s a fighter. As long as he can earn a living keep doing it.

No because I want to see him get beaten by somebody other than Fury to really hit home how overhyped he was

He's a puncher - they don't typically improve in their 30s. Though Wilder did improve a bit after 30 simply because he was so limited beforehand.

A guy who relies on his speed and one big shot is going to start to be a huge risk as he slows down. Covid has been particularly unfair for him - he didn't need a long break at this point in his career.

He's made enough money so I kind of hope he gets out with his health. But it's his call. If you offered me $5M-$10M to fight one more time... I'd have a hard time turning it down.

This time off will help Wilder a lot especially now it’s being pushed back to next year!

Fury’s momentum is all but gone so we can’t expect the same Fury we saw last time out and we can’t expect the same Wilder last time out!

Everyone counting out Wilder will regret it!

                  No.

Why? Just because he loses a fight? Lmao.

Wilder is an exciting fighter, all BS aside, and hopefully he gives us boxing fans many more exciting fights over the next several years.

                      Retire that mission, though.
