As the unified heavyweight champion of the world, Anthony Joshua has had to deal with highs and lows over the last thirteen-plus months. In June 2019, he shockingly was stopped by Andy Ruiz in the biggest heavyweight upset since Buster Douglas knocked out Mike Tyson.

AJ needs to Stop Seeking Validation from Others. You don’t need anyone or anything to prove ur worth. Boxing is a solo sport with little Validation until u make it to the big leagues. He needS to work on his mental state and callus his brain and let them talk. He’s a product of our times

AJ needs to give Fury a call and ask him for advice about winning back some of his former fans.

Just needs to remove himself from socials and let his team get on with building the brand - if it's bothering him that much.

He can always connect with the fans through other media channels. Why subject yourself to that level of criticism? If I was him I wouldn't even read the papers in a build up to/post fight.

Alot of haters out there looking for anyway to tear a man down. Peeps wanted to see him trade with Ruiz in the second fight just hoping to see him fall again. Man boxed Ruiz's ears off, got the W, his titles back, & redeemed himself. Let the haters keep hating while you winning.

Biggest upset since Tyson lost to Douglas? I wouldn't go THAT far, Andy Ruiz was underrated, hes overweight sure, but he is a tough good boxer, so not that big of an upset. I think the biggest upset since Tyson losing to Douglas was probably either Lewis losing to Rahman or Wlad Klitschko losing to Corrie Sanders.

“I think that it’s fine to have doubters, as long as you don’t believe what they’re saying the whole time. You have to prove your doubters wrong. When they don’t believe, you should always believe. The doubters aren’t always bad, either. You just have to try to find something positive out of it. They might say, ‘You’re s--t, and you’re going to get knocked out because your hands are too low’ – and I would think, ‘That’s a good indication I’ve got to keep my left hand up.’ I use the doubters as a positive factor, not as a negative one."

                    1. Never listen to doubters, the moment you do, you introduce doubt in yourself and that is not good for a fighter.
                    2. If you are learning how to fight from your "doubters" and not your trainers then something is very wrong.
