Two top popular Latino fighters. One Puerto Rican one Mexican, an old ongoing rivalry. The agreement was the winner was to face Golovkin. Instead Canelo dropped the title stabbing Golovkin and the WBC in the back and Cotto had the nerve to say that he may not pay Golovkin the step aside money he owed him. He changed his tune when Loeffler threatened legal action. Don't try and cast these two guys in a good light you're better than that. I hope. As far as 164 and Ward. Ward was the one who initiated the fight talks. Having said that if Golovkin beat him at 164 I would not consider him a true Super Middleweight champion.

you refuse to blame Golovkin because you are a little fanboy phaggot

only a little fanboy phaggot would make the ridiculous excuse in my sig

Canelo, the face of boxing, wants no part of Andrade, Jermall, Bivol, Beterbiev, David Benavidez.

He wants to fight Ryder, Saunders, 40 old GGG...

It's not an assumption it's a fact. He dropped the belt. Or are you going to rewrite the history books. He dropped the belt because the WBC ordered a fight between Golovkin and Canelo. If that fight was not ordered he would never have dropped the belt.

AFTER, totally refusing to negotiate on weight with Cotto and Canelo...

Mr " anyone from 154-168 " stated that he is willing and able to fight at 154, but nobody will step up...

              LMAO !!!

you cannot make that shlt up

Now this is just my thinking on this but after Brook kind of held his own before getting his face broke and Danny Jacobs (aslo a big fan of) held his own but obviously lost he and his team thought, its our time to get him. Anyone with eyes knows Canelo lost the first fight, the second fight he was strong the first half but faded and Golovkin had some pivotal moments and made it really close. Ill be honest I havent watched the second fight after it first aired but I thought if there was going to be a draw this was the fight. I felt like Derevyanchenko deserved the nod over Golovkin more than anyone who has ever fought him.

I say all that to say this. I dont really care about the whole ped thing. He got caught, they all do it. Its amazing he did but he did so be it. The dude has a lot of cherry picks but all great fighters do. Kovalev was low hanging fruit but a good win for him, he looked like ass for most of the fight but he landed the punch, you could see it coming.

Im coming back around to the kid is what im saying, Im looking forward to what he can do with the time he has left. He should have a few more loses on his record sure but you could say that about alot of fighters. He aint scared Ill give him that, JMW to LHW doesnt get done all the time.

I dont dislike Canelo the man or boxer and never did. I didnt agree with some of the moves along the way, that probably has more to do with his management than him. I agree though, he is fun to watch.

I think the only time I didnt agree was when he dropped the belt and when he fought khan

                      Everything else has been beautiful

I tend not to get into boxing politics
