Building up a young fighter on the Mexican circuit is a smart thing.

Or it would be anyway, pre COVID-19.

Is it smart to let developing brains take punches?

Let me translate 4 U all

He really not that good, but we can beat a bunch of bums in Mexico and build a name since his amateur career was squat and we can fight for peanuts instead of getting our ass kicked by good fighters for free!

            I’m just saying

Don't know if you're serious or not but the kid is only 16. Most big name Mexican fighters turned pro at 15 with no amateur background and developed through their teenage years. Barrera, Morales, JC Chavez, Canelo are the most notable ones i can think of.

I mean what difference does it make he wants to be a professional boxer it seems so he is going to get punched regardless not like he has any future plans of becoming a chemical engineer or anything.
