I agree that beterbiev is a huge threat but I’ll add Bivol and Benavidez to that list... the rest won’t beat canelo and specially ggg. Canelo already showed he can beat ggg with two different styles.:: out boxing him in fight 1 and and Mexican style in the rematch.. the 3rd would be ugly for ggg

I agree with you, I think it’ll be a highly competitive Fight and a toss up

I can’t wait for Canelo’s excuse that he won’t fight a fellow Mexican hahaha but fought Chavez Jr fruity ass.

Benevitez is all wrong for Canelo and Canelo would lose some fans and Benavidez will be the true Mexican star of boxing

Benevidez while talented has major flaws in his game that have not yet been exposed. Why? Because he hasn’t been in with a true power puncher. Benevidez leaves himself open to counters constantly. His punches are wide and he’d be ripe for power counter punching master Canelo. He’d also struggle against Plant. Plant is the fastest boxer in that division and also has the best footwork. Benevidez would eat counters all day. Except with Canelo he’d be dropped.

I like this fight. Benavidez isn’t old, slow and worn out. He’s very energetic and has a serious shot to win 🥊

Cinnamon carried Chavez Jr for 12 rounds,. no where near a contest. I thought he carried him out respect for the old man.

Chavez lost to Jacobs via a Round 5 TKO after quitting saying
"his nose was broken and couldn’t breathe and also to a broken hand."

This sparked outrage due to Chavez "quitting on his terms",

I remember fans throwing trash and beer into the ring and at Chavez Jr., and at major stars such as former heavyweight champion Andy Ruiz Jr., the middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez and even Chávez' father.

I think it was 2015 Andrzej "The Polish Prince" Fonfara TKO'ed Chavez.

Gilberto "Zurdo" Ramirez I think should move to Light Heavy but if he gets a shot at Cinnamon he should take it.

But David "El Bandera Roja" Benavidez is a fighter you don't want. He has 22 wins with 19 KO's. He's young but it is the young ones to be afraid of.

              Canelo tienes huevos?

A pure Mexican fight with no crowd? The best scenario is May 2021 and the world is rid of the ****** virus

Bivol would probably lose. Apparently black fighters do well against Mexican fighters, but do bad against Eastern European fighters. And Mexicans do well against European fighters but bad against black fighters.

So in this match up, Mexican > Eastern European.

It's not a race thing of course, it's a style thing. The Mexican style is poor against the urban rhythm of the black fighters but excellent against the Eastern European technical style. The urban style of the black fighters is poor against the technical discipline and proficiency of the Eastern European style.

Of course we're talking about fighters who are roughly equal in quality. Obviously a Mexican fighter can destroy a black bum and a black fighter can destroy a European bum.

This is for people at the same elite level.

It might be why Canelo is willing to fight GGG and Kovalev but is hesitant to fight Charlo and Andrade and also why Canelo had such a tough time with Mayweather and Lara.
