But regarding the Moors being “black” is debatable. Islam was spread out throughout Asia Minor and the Middle Eastern world as a belief system with many ethnic groups already looking different. Alexander had already promoted diversity way before Islam even existed. Also Arabic was a huge spoken language between different ethnic groups. It’s not a particular “Race” or look that cross created modern day looks. “Arabic” is very old school, a Semitic language. Many different even light skinned groups spoke it.

Point is, to say the Moors were “black” is not a fact. The Moors may, and probably did, have diversity as well, so there was no one look. Making it sound like the Moors were Ethiopian...

If you look up racism in the dictionary, it doesn't require there to be a "race" as such. Any group of people from a certain geographic region or religious belief is considered a "race" in this context.

There is only the "human race" if you want the literal definition. All colours and ethnicities are just a sub species of the human animal.
