Ian John Lewis should of been warning the 'Tart-Tomato' for holding, but he ignored that violation and reprimanded Viktor who was trying to finish Josh Tomato.

If Ian John Lewis is selected as the official for Ramirez vs. Taylor, Jose is going to need to KO Taylor, otherwise Ramirez is getting prematurely stopped or robbed on the scores.
