I am sure Joyce would be a world titlist in 90s

Could Joyce land a miracle shot? Sure. But he would be an underdog against everyone who held a title in that decade.
It's true that Foreman had lost almost every minute of the Moorer fight, but that was not a miracle shot. He knew his athleticism was bad, and looked for the one shot throughout. Just before the knockout, Foreman had realized that the preceding blow had Moorer stunned, and aimed lower the second time, right on the kisser. That was premeditation - and class.

As far as Joyce is concerned, as I wrote elsewhere he's slow to a point that I see Dubois taking him out within three rounds. I'll eat humble pie if Joyce wins, it's a promise.

Man he swings like a sloth! I doubt there's any era where sloths do well! Lol.

Obviously the 90s HW scene overall was better than todays.
You could be right on that but you see my point. The mid level guys in the 90's had a realistic chance against Joyce. All in all it was a better grade of fighters in the heavyweight scene during the 90's

I'd give him more chance in the 90's era, which was weaker despite how many want to delude themselves. Joyce vs Morrison is a cracking 50-50 fight.
