  • Comments Thread For: Jason Moloney: Knocking Off A Fighter Like Inoue Will Do Wonders For My Career

Jason Moloney was provided with plenty of motivation to win his Las Vegas debut, which came just two nights after watching his twin brother Andrew suffer his first career defeat in the very same town. However, the pair of Australian little big men already came armed with big plans and competitive drive long before their respective bouts.

Inoue will turn Moloney into Baloney within a couple of rounds.

Or, perhaps, a couple of punches.

Hella stacked division. But considering all pending engagements for Naoya Inoue, John Riel Casimero and Nordien Oubaali, I'm thinking Moloney will probably fight the 43 year old veteran former bantam-weight 2x IBF champ Joseph Agbeko in a eliminator, as said contender is #2. in the WBO and Jason being #1. makes sense.

These bantamweight fighters have the biggest balls in boxing. The names alone are insane.. Inoue, Rodriguez, Nery, Moloney, Casimero, Donaire, Ooubali.. and they're all fighting eachother round robin. Ooubali and Donaire.. Donaire had just fought Inoue who had fought Rodriguez who was supposed to fight Nery. I mean damn. These guys don't care they just want to fight the best

Nery moved to 122, but you can replace his name with Rigondeaux.

These Maloney twins are solid fighters, but Inoue should be the last name they should be mentioning.

Gotta have a set to be at that level in that weight class. Good to want the best but for Maoloney's sake he might want to work his way up to the Monster.

Yea. It’s a weird situation where so many in the same division actually want to fight each other, with very little of the posturing, ducking and grandstanding going on you see in other weights.
