I hope Ortiz fights 2 more times this year. Continue with guys like Collazo, Demarco, Ray Robinson, Felix Diaz. Hopefully at that point he's mandated a shot at the WBO or one of the WBA belts. If not, if I were ODLH, I'd try to work out a deal with Hearn to get either Jessie Vargas or Hooker in there with Ortiz

Vergil is the truth. That was a vicious and sustained beating from a man who throws major bombs. These type of fights where a guy is hurt bad but holds, tackles and refuses to go down so he takes 5 more rounds of a barrage of big shots is what does more damage to your long term health then the one big shot that takes you out.

He destroyed someone who most consider beat Danny Garcia and beat down the guy who damn near destroyed Khan. Davis, Haney and Ryan Garcia should take notes. Yeah that guy's comment had me confused, Vergil is 22 years old and just fought a seasoned veteran and warrior and stopped him in 7. What other young prosepct is their currently as good as Vergil? I think he can be a future MW champion too, definitely one to keep an eye on and follow. He has the speed, power, technique, durability, intelligence and all at such a young age.
