I'd heard that as well, but it looks kinda complicated. Bellator is now overseen by Showtime following the Viacom / CBS merger, but it also has an ongoing 5 year deal for OTT content with DAZN which started in 2018... so, both, kinda. Which is kinda crazy.

So they're owned by CBSViacom, run by SHO but apparently have to keep their content deal with DAZN for the next 3 years or so, if I understand it right.
