He probably did juice at some point, and I swear this is not an excuse or a justification of anyone juicing, but I really pretty much agree with Max Kellerman's opinion that most, if not ALL of the elite, top tier guys did at one point.

All assumptions so they hold no real concrete weight, this allows many narratives that sound fine, you are right in Manny being a superstar and one of very current boxers that can be called that, but it was a very well thought out road, with popularity a lot can just slide on by.

One thing for sure in my mind is that Manny is the king of the asterisk, no other top tier guy in history has any where near the ? marks that Manny has, when you understand boxng under the bonnet it will stand out like dogs balls, and thats not saying Manny is not a great fighter he has to be, Im saying his career was made to order.

Ive always thought Mannys run was because of CWs not Peds, but at some point Toradol plays into it, Arum said the injury was as far back as ODH, was Toradol used then, if not when did it start lots of big fights from ODH to Floyd.
