You do know when he was “puny” he was like 17 yrs old go look at Floyd at 17 dude looked like a crack head.
Trying to discredit Mannys resume then you gotta discredit all the all time greats Rjj was on PEDs Floyd was too with his IV ****t EtcComment

Manny did, however, publicly refuse PED tests and required a cutoff date for the biggest fight of his life. And he made those excuses while moving up in weight and retaining speed, stamina, and arguably increasing power...which cannot be naturally done.
Food for thoughtComment

Pac fans truly are the bottom of the barrel.
They act as if facts are radioactive and cancer causing.
Accept the fact that their Lord and Savior had something to hide (and still does perhaps).
''No one can make Pac roll up his sleeve without 50 day notice !''

Then using your criteria then Mayweathers entire career after 2007 is suspect since he only fought in Vegas because Nevada is the only State AC that allows Xylocaine usage pre and post fight. Also requiring an IV post fight (ala after his Pac fight) is clear signs of blood doping so that win means nothing....I exclude those wins because of the weight manipulation, timing, steroids
mainly the steroids
even Marquez would have beaten 145lb Hoya, 145lb Cotto, and 140lb Hatton... those guys were at the lowest point in their career
their careers had never been at a lower point before/after Pac fought them
like I said earlier, Pacquiao is great for what he achieved below 135, and for performing so well against Mayweather... but he is nowhere near as great as most fans think due to the phenomenal matchmaking by Bruce Trampler and Brad Goodman, and the supplements from Ariza
there has always been smoke-n-mirrors in boxing
All i have to ask is where is Pacquiao's failed PED tests.... Canelo has em, so does Mosley...Comment
) to do with it
