Manny did, however, publicly refuse PED tests and required a cutoff date for the biggest fight of his life. And he made those excuses while moving up in weight and retaining speed, stamina, and arguably increasing power...which cannot be naturally done.

I exclude those wins because of the weight manipulation, timing, steroids

even Marquez would have beaten 145lb Hoya, 145lb Cotto, and 140lb Hatton... those guys were at the lowest point in their career

Also requiring an IV post fight (ala after his Pac fight) is clear signs of blood doping so that win means nothing....
