150 pounds is above the welterweight limit.
Which means the fight took place at super welterweight.
Which means the super welterweight title was on the line because it was a super welterweight fight.
130 is super featherweight. The lightweight title is on the line.
The two scenarios are not comparable at all.
It’s obvious to anyone with an IQ above how room temperature is measured in Celsius.
If Davis-LSC was 132 and I was complaining, your point would be relevant.
But it’s 130, so your point isn’t.
Read slowly so you can comprehend.

You realize Leo Santa Cruz is fighting for a 135 pound title without ever moving to lightweight, right?
In the example you mentioned, Manny Pacquiao moved to those weight divisions to win titles.
Jesus Christ, this site has the dumbest people alive on it. I’m surprised you can breathe without thinking it through.
Manny never moved to 135, 140 or 154 . He fought for those titles and never fought at either weight again. Please answer the question I asked you-So Manny's 135, 140 and 154 lb titles don't count because he never fought in those divisions other than title fights?Comment

Sugar Ray Leonard fought Donny Lalonde at 168 when he won his light heavyweight title. Tank will beat Leo Sta Cruz at any given weight. He's the better fighter.Comment

Manny Pacquiao fought in those divisions.
He beat a lightweight champion who was fighting at lightweight. He beat a welterweight champion who was fighting at welterweight. He beat a super welterweight champion who was fighting at super welterweight.
Leo Santa Cruz and Gervonta Davis will fight at super featherweight but the lightweight title is on the line.
It is not comparable at all to any Manny Pacquiao fights you mentioned.
Because Manny Pacquiao never forced an opponent to drop down a weight class to defend a title in a weight class above the one they were fighting in.
*****ing duh. I can’t wait for you still not to get it.
******? You do understand the LW limit is 135. right? That doesn't mean you have to weigh 135 to fight at LW. It means that as long as you are under 135lbs, you can compete in the LW division.
Manny never moved to 135, 140 or 154 . He fought for those titles and never fought at either weight again. Please answer the question I asked you-So Manny's 135, 140 and 154 lb titles don't count because he never fought in those divisions other than title fights?Comment

No ****! But when your opponent also weighs 130, it’s a super featherweight fight.
Why don’t they fight for the vacant WBO Light Heavyweight title instead? They can weigh 130 and fight in that division!
If Davis was allowed to come in above 130, I wouldn’t care.
But he’s not allowed to, so it’s not a lightweight fight. And Santa Cruz shouldn’t be allowed to win a lightweight title in a super featherweight fight.
