you must have not seen the fight; they were throwing bombs in there starting in round 3

rahman was not jabiing that great -- but lampley's commentary was as ****** as the first fight -- "great jab, great jab"

lampley needs to fight in golden gloves to learn to say things other than jab

when round 12 started, i thought that's it for Oleg, because he looked very tired and old but Oleg was as fierce in round 12 as tyson...

i am happy for oleg, good family guy, very hardworking; i hope he gets one more pay day and retires.
i hope maskaev can make a run for the undisputed title now,. he has the power. and he is a better boxer than he was

thats cool, i was reading the round by round, and 2 of the Judges had Rahman winning going into the Final round. But even if he woul dhave survived, the 10/8 would have still giving Oleg the fight. How was the judges scorecards? does that sound right? also, i know the winner of this fight has to fight Toney right? (if He gets past Peter)

... oleg was winning on two official scorecards.... wich agreed with merchant and lederman; i had oleg up by one point too

... if rock had won round 12, it would have been a draw... (tied up on one of cards, and leading on the other)

... boxingscene coverage was not correct, because judges/HBO listed the names in champion-contender order, not alhabetic order ... hence the misreading of the official cards

i want to be realistic -- oleg should fight one good money fight and should retire afterwards (win or lose)...

you can't under estimate, power, and oleg, has it, he should take his shot at wlad and then retire. your thoughts.............

wlad will beat him, but i will root for oleg !!!

i picked oleg to win based on my analysis (thread "Maskaev will win"); my brain tells me that wlad will beat oleg; of course, my heart (that does not think) will support oleg !

I agree! He looked gassed pretty bad but he did say he had a back injury in training. He is 37 and one more big money fight should make him a good payday and he should be set.

body type has nothing to do with fighting skills. that is truel.
