Reflexes, instincts, and reaction time deteriorate as you get older. And Oscar’s muscle memory hasn’t been in sync with boxing for over 11 years. I just see a fight with Canelo ending very badly. Remember Canelo waited patiently and eventually caught and knocked out Foldalev and Sergio was still an active fighter regardless if he was a shot fighter or not. Oscar was shot when he fought Manny and hasn’t fought since.

I catch heat all the time because I saw similar stuff. Doesn't matter what's true or realistic. What matters is what you believe you can achieve.

Only alpha competitors understand that for us, there is no, can't. No won't. No impossible. That mentality got me through the military and I carry that attitude in the gym everyday. If that kind of confidence is foreign to you, then you aren't a competitor at all, and certainly not alpha.
