Hope he beats him like an unwanted ginger step-son. That's a joke btw.

A past prime fighter with a name? That's right up Canelo's alley. Book it for 5 de mayo 2021. When canelo was in his 20s, he focused on guys in their late 30s. Now that he's 30, he can focus on guys on their late 40s.

Sounds like the type of opponent Canelo loves.

Oscar is just saying that to promote a possible comeback.... OR they fight, make it PPV and it becomes the biggest fight in PPV history where both guys make a TON of money. Either way the conversation alone is good for business for both guys.

Boxing in USA is at near death. Canelo vs Oscar is being set up and Floyd vs a ghost of a Japanese bum is the best we can do? Fraudweather's rigged fake career ruined boxing in America.
Not sure if you noticed but boxing is at a standstill on any high level right now due to the pandemic. Unless I'm horribly mistaken nobody is putting on big fights anywhere in the world.

I can see this as an exhibition, but that'll just be a rip-off of Chavez Sr./Arce fights. Either way, it's really starting to look like Golden Boy is setting up a Stone Cold vs. Vince McMahon situation...

This is pathetic, not an speck of interest in this mess. Dude is 50 and body is even worse off after his coke and drinking binges.

Vamos Oscar! Time to put a Fernando Vargas type of beating on the ungrateful Ginger. The Golden Boy’s left hook to the body would leave the Ginger on his knees. Put this fight on Sofi stadium in Los Angeles for Cinco de Mayo weekend 2021 shi1t will sell out within weeks.

Canelo is mentally stronger and more disciplined than Oscar was in his prime. At this stage in Oscar's life, this has to be joke gone bad. De La Hoya can't possibly be serious about facing Canelo. At 160 lbs, Canelo would have destroyed Oscar even at his best.
