I tuned in for the first bubble show. That has to have been the worst television card I’ve ever seen. Literally nothing of substance happened in any of the fights. They were all one sided mismatches. It was so bad, I stopped watching before the Shakur Stevenson fight even started. I wish someone better than TopRank would have been the one to bring boxing back. If they could put together a good event at the bubble, maybe I’ll tune in, but I have yet to see that happen.

Overall, don't complain here.
I am a hardcore boxing fan and I saw a few fights that was fun, some good upsets and the rest was one sided sparring match that sometimes hurt my eyes. Anyway, I am not going to complain, but I expect better product by Top Rank in the next months, crossing fingers on this one.

Championship Boxing is out of the public spotlight. When the mainstream boxers start to fight again, boxing will be back in the spot light.Comment

When do you think that will be? This pandemic is going to restrict live crowd for the foreseeable future; the money just won't be there to pay the big names what they've become accustomed to.
Thanks.Comment

Hes great but hes a great 1 2 punch with Tessitore. They need quality fights and production quality.
Personally, while I love boxing and basketball, I haven't cared for live sports since the pandemic. I'd rather they all just wait for it to be all over before resuming anything. Playing xbox is more appealing to me than any half assed boxing product or any sport which has already had its season disrupted.
I can also watch 4 good fights a day and not run out of fights I haven't seen til the end of the year. I can watch far more quality fighting over that span then compared to the live/ current equivalent.Comment

Don’t know when boxing will be back but it’ll be back. Spence Garcia will start it off.Comment
