Give credit where its due. bob arum and his company were the first to bring back boxing. ****** loving al and eddie hearn are sitting on their asses doing nothing. boxing is a niche sport in america these days and even the biggest american stars in boxing have a tough time crossing into the mainstream. no sane person ever expected the ratings to be great as these fights are friday night level fights. NOBODY cares outside of the hardcore fans which are a dying breed. its all about the ufc these days when it comes to combat sports in the USA.

To me, at least there are some fights to watch and a couple gems here and there....but when Giovani the olympian's opponent falls out, it is time to bring in Jared Anderson and pit unbeaten vs unbeaten instead of fights that are not salivating.

You have no idea how great boxing was when it was real. Fraudweather even said on video on fight hype: "I don't love boxing like I used to because boxing isn't real anymore."

Even that quote won't wake up the brain dead morons who lurk this forum. Floyd ruined boxing with all his fake soft controlled BS sparring sessions where the opponent was paid off to play soft or the judges were rigged (vs Pac). America no longer produces true great wonders like Tyson Holy Hopkins Jones Ali Oscar, so the establishment has to create frauds like floyd wilder canelo broner davis. Bob Arum won't put on a competitive undercard to save his life. Even pre-Coronavirus he would rarely do it, even for PPVs!

The UFC puts on good cards which is why the UFC tv ratings on the exact same network are kicking Bob's ass.

Yeah I don't even waste my time tuning in, the Cards are just AWFUL! I will continued to catch highlights on youtube until they roll out some better match ups

I love boxing but even as a hardcore fan some of these Cards you tune in and you're literally Yawning through the Entire Cards So Imagine how a Casual Viewer feels I'm sure they turn away which is why the Ratings have been low. Even with it being on ESPN people are still not sticking around and watching boxing which is very concerning because I can really see ESPN just getting out of boxing like HBO if things don't pick up. Just too much politics in the sport and unfortunately for them, the promoter they decided to invest in just doesn't have the Roster to consistently provide quality matches for their Networker
