A thread about Michael Nunn winning a fight isn’t related to boxing?

Serious question because my topic on the Nunn fight just got locked because it wasn’t related to boxing.

Michael Nunn was a boxer.

In fact, this website even wrote a story about the fight that I was talking about.

Other people have made threads about the fight and they didn’t get locked.

Not complaining, just making my case since whoever locked that thread was clearly wrong.

I just got a thread locked, boxing related, as to why GGG didn’t specifically say he wanted Canelo after the Cotto win, during the Wade interview. GGG as usual just said “it doesn’t matter to me... just give me my belt.” If he didn’t want the Canelo fight that was definitely a way to insinuate that going to purse bid wasn’t worth it for GBP... then again GGG in my opinion doesn’t think of those things.

So last theory is that GGG and Canelo were indeed friends until industry destroyed their friendship. This is something even Boliodogs could acknowledge since he tries to be objective about both guys...

I know we battle a lot (I have fun, I hope you do.) but there’s clearly no consistency with moderation.

You make 600 GGG-Canelo threads a day. That one was totally harmless and basically the exact same thing you’re always posting.

So why was it okay the last 6,576,982,514 times but this time it isn’t?

Why isn’t it okay for to point out that a boxer outclassing a kickboxer in kickboxing hurts the perception of kickboxing?

I don’t know. They seemed like harmless threads to me.

I’ll also point out that the racists threads usually get to go for days and days. But let’s lock that michael Nunn thread after one reply! LOL.

This board is usually pretty relaxed with moderation, so be that way or don’t and we’ll adjust. Don’t do both and threaten people randomly because it’s nonsense.
