Regardless, feel free to disagree and let's assume that 147 is an intrinsically superior division that just by coincidence happens to be packed with the PBC fighters that have been most heavily promoted the US audience....

What would your point be? Are you saying that if people choose to criticise PBC they should make sure they don't claim Porter has a poor resume? If that is the case I'd have to agree, but then I don't think I ever saw anyone make such a claim.
lol....alright man...if you wanna tell me postols 140 is as deep and as good as the current WW crop so be it...we will never get anywhere.....

i used to think you were level headed...but im not so sure anymore....

if you cant see my point then theres not much hope for you..its painfully obvious.....people claim that the pbc guys duck bud yet porters resume suggests he ducks no one....crawford is the one who said "thats not a fight im lookint at...theres nothing on the table for me"....and is now saying his name again...just like he was saying his name right before he said "theres nothing on the table for me in that fight"....

i get it man....youre never going to see the issue nor do you want to....youre a covert pbc hater

Thankfully your opinion ain't of a great deal of concern to me. My observation is that you automatically rank certain divisions above others based primarily on your exposure to 'em and personal preference rather than objective criteria, and furthermore that your knowledge of the sport outside a few narrow divisions and nationalities is pretty limited... your boxing world seems to be just a small part of the sport I enjoy - but I don't hold that against anyone, we all got a right to appreciate the sport in our own way.

There's no calculus to compare divisions and even if you claim that current 147 is deeper than 140 of 4/5 years ago (and I happen to agree that it is, just not by the huge margin you seem to be implying) claiming with a certainty that #5 or #8 at 147 is 'easily' better than #1 at 140 is just subjective nonsense. You can't prove such a thing so better to just treat divisions as seperate entities.

And Porter does duck no-one, one of the reasons I like him so much, similarly I like Bud but I think he does need to find some way to make better fights. That make me a closet PBC hater then? You getting that weird siege mentality thing going on where anyone who ain't with you 100% is the enemy huh? You complaining about folk generalising and yet I recall you conflating UK fans with Golovkin fans and suggesting anyone who doesn't support PBC is racist.

Just to put your mind at rest I don't give a shet about your silly promotional feuds and fanboyism man. Ain't any interest to me whatsoever, although I am curious about you as a person and a poster - and man oh man - You're in deep... And now you're getting to calling folk who criticise the guys you like 'barely human' and stuff, even though that's exactly what you do? You ever stop to think about what you're saying?

Maybe you need a break brother. I think you're a good dude, earnest at least, but maybe that's part of the problem.

I think Mean Machine and Benavidez would at least beat Danny.

but i do have a problem...mostly with the people who defend him while bashing the "pbc" fighters...you can defend bud...im ok with that...but are you going to bash "pbc fighters" while doing so?

bruh...shawn porter has 6 guys on his resume that are legit BETTER than crawford BEST WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          stop that!!!!!!!!
Didn't Bud just say the other day that he was open to fighting Shawn Porter? That's a good match up. I like that fight and plus it's a risky fight for Crawford because Porter is a very physical fighter. He would prove to be the best and toughest fighter that Terence has ever faced in his career.

The FAKE LOVE for Bud is because he is NOT with PBC so some fans kinda just use him to be "Anti PBC" in that 147 Divisions I guess

I actually like Bud a lot, I think he is the most SKILLED at 147 for sure! With that being said, yes the Resume is weak and he is always on the wrong side of things when it comes to matchmaking at 147. Being a boxing fan for so long and knowing how Bob Arum is, Top Rank and Bob Arum is what is holding Bud Back. He is just not a big enough Draw to Spend that type of money on a good opponent to come and fight him and the failed fight with Amir Khan confirmed that. Remember even Mayweather himself said Bob held him back when he was with Top Rank as well

So Bud will have to do what Oscar, Mayweather, Cotto, Pacquiao, Mikey Garcia all did and that is find a way out of his Top Rank Deal to go make the fights he really wants!

Bud did nothing wrong, he took the deal that was in front of him as he should've! Arum took a chance on him and gave him the opportunity (thanks to Cameron Dunkin) and Bud ran with it. Most, including Bob probably never expected him to become one of the best P4P like he did.

yeah he said the other day he was open to fighting him....whats strange is that he and arum were shouting his name in december of last year....then weeks later bud was asked on camera and rejected the idea and said "theres nothing on the table for me there"....did u not catch that part? strange right?

yes people def use him...if he was with the pbc hed be getting hammered on a daily basis....but hes used by the anti pbc crowd

youre right..i understand his loyalty to bob....i also think hes grown content with the situation...he may act frustrated...but i think hes fine getting them fat checks for non elite comp

bob did indeed hold floyd back...floyd and haymon had big ideas and bob didnt think floyd was capable....bob wanted to promote him as the clean cut all american kid....

Ain't saying I'm superior, man, we all got the right to enjoy the sport in the way we pleaese. One ain't better than another.

As to the rest of it... well you wannna throw out your opinions like they're god's own truth you're entitled of course, but don't be surprised if folk have slightly different ideas. Wasn't me started a thread complaining that it ain't right folk don't all like the same things as me.
