According to the autopsy report, I've heard; It was revealed that he had bone fractures in his face, knots, dents, cuts and bruises inside of his mouth, nose and ear which were not conducive to a boxing glove but more of blunt force trauma like a bare knuckle fist.

I never claimed to have seen or been in possession of the report. All I've said that I heard the report. Ask Deontay Wilder to report it. After all, it's his medical records.

If I am a troll then explain how do you sustain a cut on the outside of the ear which required seven stitches?

I've heard of internal injuries like a busted ear drum in boxing before but not an external injury to a bleeding ear which required stitches. That's unprecedented.
