Heavyweight up-and-comer Tony Yoka's deal to be co-promoted by Top Rank is set but the company remains unsure when he will be able to make his United States debut. Yoka, one of boxing's best prospects, and French promoter Jerome Abiteboul finalized the co-promotional deal with Top Rank earlier this year -- although it has not been formally announced yet -- with the plan to bring France's Yoka to fight in the United States in March.

Ironically enough, the other day I was wondering what ol' Tony Yoka was up to. Guy was an Olympian 4+ years ago and I feel like his career has been stagnant but then again he only has a handful less fights than Joyce and he has some decent euro-level names already on his resume (Wallisch, Allen and Dimitrenko).

Look forward to seeing him stateside when the pandemic craziness subsides.

I hadn't realized that Bob had gotten Yoka. He's really setting himself up quite the Heavyweight stable considering he had none a year ago

The fat turd will co-promote when it suits him.

Just not when it means big fights that boxing fans actually want.

Missed 3 drug tests? Makes me wonder if Yoka is the in- shape version of Jarrell Miller.

          Suspect.

Yoka's career has been going to waste recently with all the missed tests and **** and now this. Looked good against Dimitrenko and Wallisch, but he's basically lost an entire year of development

                I love Tony Yaka style.

Tony Yaka need to accelerate and put a gear to still learn while each fight is a step up competition, but nothing of Top 15 first.
