Callum Smith turned down a horrible offer from GBP, the exact same one Billy Joe Saunders turned down originally. GBP pretends they can’t find an opponent for Canelo but won’t improve Smith’s offer... why? They improved it for Saunders.

Billy Joe Saunders verbally agreed to fight Canelo, only to have Canelo attempt to replace him with every fighter between 154 and 175. Saunders finally said he wasn’t going to fight because, two months after they made an agreement, he still hadn’t been given a contract to sign

The goal for taking and winning all those fights is to get a title shot and make some real money. That it’s a “career high payday” goes without saying. It damn sure should be.

1 either those guys are greedy and want even more than the career high payday that was offered. GGg for example got exposed for the greedy punk that he is when he fired his career long trainer because he didn’t wanna take a paycut and then denied help to a fellow Kazakh who had asked for work but his fans justified that too blaming Abel and I guess they also blame the poor fighter who went to ggg asking for sparring help only to be turned away and hired by Canelo.
