*Whispers, plenty of promoters give another check or pay more than the commission disclosed purses.
Case in point? Stevenson, according to the disclosed purses was set to make $400,000, yet it was reported he actually made closer to $700,000.Comment

Nobody's really going to know until the PBC unveils their "Fall Schedule" but I also think they're sorta waiting on FOX.
I suspect we'll get Danny vs Spence announcement which is likely to be on PPV. Neither guy makes over $5 mill guarantee (purse) so they'd have to rely on a big PPV push.
Does Wilder vs Fury 3 get put on by Dec? That's FOX / ESPN having to work again and "try" to do better than 800K buys from fight #2
Everyone else I feel will have to take some type of cut if the fights aren't going to be on PPV and if there's no fans in attendance. FOX is already pushing PBC dates back for MLB (of all Sports). There's also lots of risk putting on high level fights in the immediate with the chances of a fighter testing positive and all the promotion for a fight going down the toilet. Very crazy and uncertain times.Comment

For a proposed July return, Garcia was offered bouts with Hector Tanajara and Mercito Gesta. Then, a bout with Javier Fortuna, which he says he accepted. The offers, per sources, ranged from $250K to $350K. Shakur Stevenson earned over $700K for his non-title bout last month https://t.co/PpgJamGq89

And shortly before, Stevenson disputed the 400k figure that was reported to the commission.

What does this even mean?! A pay cut is defined by the official disclosure. In theory it would be less than anything before Covid-19. Unless of course their premiums never change and Haymon takes the bill. The fights still need to be sold to the network. How much is the network paying for the post PBC fights? For a proposed July return, Garcia was offered bouts with Hector Tanajara and Mercito Gesta. My post was a response to MisterWolf referring to fighters getting paid more than disclosed amounts. What does this even mean?! A pay cut is defined by the official disclosure.
