Derevyanchenko had incredibly close fights with GGG and Jacobs. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he beats Charlo.

Wow a good fight being made, both fighters are entertaining as well. Gotta say I'd much prefer to see this than BJS fight anybody or GGG get bodied vs Canelo in a trilogy. I like it when we get some good news in boxing.

I haven’t really seen him fight any big punchers at 154 though. I’ve seen Charlo get outboxed dramatically by Harrison, and argument that Vanes did too. Banana looks like he can outbox while throwing bombs. I’m interested to see it.

Charlo has been with enough guys that can hurt you and his chin looks good. I don't see Rosario stopping him. But definitely an intriguing fight.

i always state this before i give my feelings on andrade...hes is from RI...im from RI...ive known about him since he was a kid and have always followed him and wanted nothing but success for him

he foolishly wasted a ton of time with his career with the whole roc nation fiasco where he pulled out of a fight with jermell charlo 3 weeks before it was supposed to happen...his own father/manager apparently lied about the amount of money they were gonna get for that fight(something his then promoter confirmed)...they werent happy with the money/risk ratio of fighting charlo and got cold feet.....

he did **** around quite a bit....then he signed with hearn/DAZN and we finally thought we were gonna see some big things for andrade.....but were getting crap luke keeler type of fights still...

dont blame charlo....andrades promoter holds one of the biggest pieces in boxing in AJ....and he still cant leverage that to get andrade a meaningful fight....andrade has canelo and golovkin right on his own network and still cant land a meaninful fight...dont try to pin andrades lack of fights on charlo

charlo wasnt going over to another network to fight someone as little known as andrade....hes got the chenko fight and prob a eubank fight which are both very solid if he can win the chenko fight...he doesnt need andrade or to go over to another network to get robbed against a guy that fights in front of 4k people

andrade is responsible for his own bed he made......if you think charlo was supposed to go over to DAZN to fight andrade because hearn threw some large number out there youre nuts.....tank davis was coming over to fight a guy as little known as tevin farmer either....tank will have his first ppv by age 25

Looks like this fight is close to be finalized for September or October. Julian Williams thinks other Charlo vs Rosario are facing off in a unification bout in the fall as well. I doubt the two Charlo's will be on the same card again, but maybe one of them on the UC of Spence/DSG? Though that is unlikely and both will rightfully headline their own card.
