Yes they had some beef, not sure entirely what it was about 'But for sure Ricky Hatton and Billy Graham fell out' I believe they reunited only just afew years back.

I knew it was the beginning of the end when Ricky Hatton left Billy Graham.

Yeah, Billy was more than an ordinary trainer, he was practically a sparring partner with that body belt. I was always surprised at what happened to Hatton, seemed a good bloke with a great attitude one minute to left hooking he's dad the next. Shame.

Ricky Hatton refused to pay Billy for the Mayweather and Lazcano fight. They tried to short change him by making him get a fixed fee of £450k when he was entitled to 10% of the purse which would have been a £1m +. They fired Billy and he had to go to court for recourse and sued for his £1.4m for the 2 fights. Ricky then asked to settle the case out of court and paid Billy. Greediness was his downfall.

Why do you act as if you are a woman? Whyte used a lawyer and what can be more professional than that? The reality of the issue is Whyte didn’t want to be trained by the guy anymore. He likes the guy so he can’t tell him face to face because he would get emotional. Tibbs worked Whyte for years through British, European, WBC silver etc to the #1 position.

Then he gets dropped, and says "If I coud go back in time I would never have trained him" (paraphrasing but that's what he said).

People are callous and cruel..... and I think Whyte is both those things.

Somehow you think your way of doing things is the best way and you totally ignore the fact people are different. Letting someone go is never easy even a woman if they haven’t really done something bad. Whyte probably needed things his trainer couldn’t give, a change in direction. On one hand the trainer has been good to him as a person on the other hand he knows the trainer’s limitations. This is where feelings come in, The human part. how do you let someone who has been in your corner go without hurting their feelings? Even organisations hire external people as change agents, it’s ok and out of respect but still having to carry out the task at hand.
You are conditioned for face to face interaction Because of how you were raised but Whyte is not that way. It doesn’t mean he is a coward otherwise he would never enter into a boxing ring. Just understand people are different, deep inside Whyte is a shy person.

Ever heard of constructive dismissal? This guy was demoted and asked to stay. That’s just a polite way of saying you are fired and Fury knew the guy wouldn’t stay. Hatton did that with Floyd Mayweather Senior.

That’s ridiculous . Davison stayed when he hired Roach and Hatton the previous fight . Not just that Tibbs was with Whyte for 4 years so there’s no correlation to Davison who was with Fury for a few fights .

Tibbs wasn’t asked to be a second trainer so I don’t even know what your talking about anyway .
