Point is Fury made the right choice leaving Davison to beat Wilder in better fashion innit? Maybe Whyte feels he needs something else for Povetkin.
That's not the point here. No one has a problem with Whyte changing trainers or leaving Tibbs...... it's HOW he done it that we are talking about.

Have a coffee or something and wake your brain up.

So Ruiz doing it as well has a difference? Just wait until Whyte tells his side of the story should any of the gossip get more gay

Not sure what this has to do with Ruiz?

If Whyte wants to come out and say Tibbs done something, stole from him, badly trained him, didn't put the work in etc I will still say Whyte should be a man and at least tell him to his face and reply to text messages, at the very least.

Stop trying to play the R card dude.

I have no issues with Whyte leaving Tibbs for a new trainer, but ignoring him, and then getting his lawyer involved is a bad look.

At least give the guy a phone call or something.

I don’t get it. What obligation does Whyte have to Tibbs? Pandemic hasn’t been easy for everyone. Just like Robles said about Ruiz, they make the fighter seem the bad guy. There are too many variables with trainer/fighter relationships. A trainer has many boxers anyways and Tibbs has his gym and own business.

Let Whyte do his thing. The pandemic...not having the WBC shot for a hot minute.. let the guy reset.

I mean you should reserve opinion until Whyte explains his reasons in detail.

Mark Tibbs is a scumbag himself. I remember in the 90s he used to go to rival fighter's shows and maniacally cheer on the opponent. Pretty sure he was going wild for Gerald McClellan in the Nigel Benn fight, because Benn had split with his dad Jimmy Tibbs. Sad, sad man.

He doesn't have an obligation. My original comment was just wondering what happens between a trainer/fighter (that have worked together for 4 years) so that they can't even speak on the phone or reply to texts.

I also wonder the statement from Whyte lying about how they split.

The truth will out I'm sure.

Whyte going separate ways from Tibbs is one thing, and I have no problem with that; clearly, it's his prerogative.

Taking other fighters in his stable away all at the same time is pretty bad, I think.

The timing issue isn't nice either -- keeping Tibbs in the dark rather than telling him what was going on straightaway.

I mean for years I thought Roach and Manny were tight, but they aren’t as it seems. Manny’s Team would simply worked with Freddie per fight base announcement while Manny did most year round stuff with Buboy. It was always more business than friendship. At one point there was industry drama between Roach and PAC ever since he said Floyd beat Manny. After May 2015 their relationship crumbled after so many years.

This whole Whyte Tibbs gossip is gay. Not a big deal. The Steroids writer Dixon is a Phag himself. He instigated crap against Canelo and PEDS. Dixon is just a lil betch that’s needs juice to bench press and show off his Heavyweight physique!
