No honestly Vergil Ortiz is the better fighter and he is more exciting! Also actually seems more Dedicated to his Craft and wants to be a GREAT BOXER and not just Rich and Famous. I've been very impressed with Ryan in his past few fights. Campbell is a pick 'em type fight (Betfair has KingRy as a slight favorite) without huge upside. Then, if he wins, he becomes the mandatory for Haney, who could potentially box rings around him.
Golden Boy tends to match their prospects pretty tough and Ryan seems to want it much tougher/faster. I guess I can't blame him for wanting to step up but I'm afraid this career track will cost him hundreds of millions. Of course, if he KOs Campbell and Haney, he's a superstar at 22.
