Stevenson doesnt want Berchelt. Plus he may LOma back in the division after he fights Teofimo. Stevenson needs to shut up and fight someone with a pulse.

He already did that when he easily beat Chris Diaz.

If he really wants to be boxing’s next P4P superstar this is the fight to target.

It would be reminiscent of Mayweather facing Corrales which many viewed as a very risky fight at the time.

Yup. And just like Corrales, Berchelt will struggle to hit an opponent that moves his head. That's why he turned down a unification with Herring and took less money to fight Jason Sosa. Best believe Top Rank will want Stevenson to target Herring but **** that.

I rate both Berchelt and Stevenson very highly, if Shakur is as good as I think he is I think he could beat Berchelt by decision, tough fight though.

its a pity that belt holders are not forced in some way to face each other, that would sort out who is really BS'ing

Not surprised by this move. We all saw this move before.

Shakur Stevenson vs Miguel Berchelt and Leo Santa Cruz are the fights that going to put more eyeballs for Shakur Stevenson, If he win both fights and at the same time, getting legacy. I am still holding that Shakur is the goods.

It's going to be a challenge. Credit him for moving up for stronger competition.🥊

How can anybody take Russell serious calling out Tank and Broner when Shakur is sitting right in his division but he won't do all that yapping about him and vise versa. Good fight that qe should've gotten.
Man that boy just looking for a cash out and honestly I see him getting the broner fight
