Great fight. I used to think Lopez was just another arrogant bragger who was all talk and not very good. He is an arrogant bragger but his last few fights have me believing he is a hell of a fighter and has a good chance to beat any lightweight. I am picking Loma but Lopez has a good chance to knock him out. Lopez has great hand speed and power.

      Not sure about Japan.

Maybe Arum needs to talk to those UAE guys & get a boxing island setup.
Crossed my mind that whichever country they might possibly go to, going into a 14 day quarantine is pretty consistent with a tight and focussed training camp - they just need to make sure the quarantine location has all the facilities they need, then being isolated for a period actually has its potential advantages.

Just wait until after the election when all sanity will restore in the USA...We'll be looked at as a classy country again, until then, deal with White House ***********, chaos & lying whores!

I’m curious about the statement of “losing would provide him with a major learning experience” - a lot of people say that so I’m not picking a fight with you, what exactly does that mean?

He’s got more than 12 weeks to prepare, he’s got a great team behind him plus tons of footage of Loma and he’s a pretty good boxer so what exactly does he learn from losing?

Is he going to change his style or tactics or train harder? Sometimes when a better boxer beats you, there’s really nothing you can do.
That’s why I loved Marquez’s response when he was asked about a rematch with Floyd. He said the results would be the same. JMM was never going to beat Floyd at any weight. And he took his loss.

Hatton said the same exact thing when he got destroyed by PAC. There was no learning anything. He said PAC was too fast and too powerful. He just couldn’t adjust.

Chances of the fight happening are lowering.

This move was very predictable with UFC there. My only hope is that this fight is made completely.
