so, if both guys were naturally the same weight... nobody moving up/down

nobody in their right mind would back Pacquiao to beat Jones

Roy sublime prime, but Manny a record setter never before witnessed on this earth and started as abject third world conditions in a disposable **** fighting culture.

Many people had Pac favourite to beat floyd having started 3 divisions lower so why wouldn't people have Pac favourite to beatbrjj? Pac s the p4pking. If Pac started at middleweight h ed win titles up to super, super, super heavyweight

      It's not about h2h anyways it's who's greater

sorry, but they were fkn dumb

Pac was never going to beat Floyd, that was easy money

      poor example

I would take Jones over Pacquiao every time... based on style/skills/form, which is the essence of P4P

the dude was a cold-blooded killer who was dominating great fighters, not losing to them

Pac finished with a better career

The actual weight covered by Manny is about the same, 40ish pounds, just like Roy. 105-145 vs 155-205 ..... meh

Loads of dudes did that so I can't hardly lose my **** over either's renditions of the feat. It's just not that big a deal until you structure the sport around making it look like a big deal.

John Ruiz was a **** HW champion, but, he's a x2 **** HW champion and you know who Pac lifted his baby titles off of? Yeah, single time, single strap holder not even a year reign....**** champ.

If Roy doesn't get full credit for HW because John was **** why, TF, would I give Manny fully credit for Fly or Bantam?

Does anyone here honestly put Hop or even Ruiz behind Chatchai? Even John earned more.

So really, what y'all are saying is Manny's WW work makes your ***** so wet you don't even give a **** that his pre-WW work was ass on ice. Conversely Roy's run at HW is such ass it works against his lower weight run.

I'm not that impressed with Manny to be honest. He didn't fight great comp outside of WW, and regardless of his level of competition he has a hard time keeping a winning streak. 10 or so fights being Manny's longest, against a **** show really, looks bad compared to Roy.

Also, many men have covered 40ish pounds. Men have gone from MW to HW. Roy is the only man in history to put on HW weight and win a title period. Manny's only is an only created out of structure, others did it, there were less divisions then.....we all know it. Roy's only is true. In all the forms boxing has existed, all the rules, all the ideas and cultural pressures, Roy is the sole man to ever put on HW weight and win a title. Bob did it while weighing the same as he had for MW.

So all else is about equal, Roy's got a little more in all regards.

Manny fought like 11 unbeaten fighters, lost to 4, beat 7.

Roy fought about 11 too. Lost to 2, beat the other 9, but, one's a debut.

Just slightly lean Roy myself, just slightly better metrics everytime I look.

Oh dear, do you know how much 40lb is to little dudes in comparison to bigger weight guys?
2 or 3lbs make a lot off di difference in the lower divisions.
Your clearly a sale sman but nobodies buying the BS your selling

I know that's an empty as **** argument that doesn't deal with the totality of my post.

If it's such a big deal then why is it repeated throughout history?
