A 6’0 guy with a filled out frame in his mid 30s should be fighting at cruiser? Porter fought at middleweight in the amateurs, is he weight bullying the other welters? What are you on?

He fought in the HW division for political reasons. If you watch him fight Hunter or Usyk you'll see he was at a big size disadvantage.

Also, the ams isn't like the current pros. I fought at Light-Heavyweight and Heavyweight. I never came close to the 200lbs limit. It's 179-200.

No shame, but Canelo takes calculated risk and Beterbiev would be a real risk.
Let's hope Alvarez fights a legit threat if he stays at 168.

What is your point that porter can make 160? I’ve never disputed that beterbiev can’t make cruiser. If you’re calling beterbiev a weight bully because he fought at higher weights in the amateurs then you’d have to call porter and many others weight bullies too. Ams have same day weigh-ins unlike the pros, in fact the weigh-ins are usually a couple hours before a bout. In the pros they have time suck down then rehydrate. Beterbiev is a moderately sized LHW, there’s no reason for him to move up.

Canelo jumped up two weight classes to fight an over the hill, chinny Kovalev who just went to war with yarde and had only several weeks in camp. If canelo wanted to put his stamp on 175 then he could’ve unified with beterbiev, Bivol, or any other top 10 guy in lhw. I’m not even sure he’d get passed joe smith or eleider Alvarez.

Quit **** riding and learn to read between the lines, you dope.

Height is meaningless when it comes to weight.
