For once am with Sulaiman the most shady/corrupt man in boxing, I remember an interview that Miller did about 2 and half years ago, he was in his car and telling the world why he doesn’t want to enrol for the WBC clean boxing programme, at the time you just didn’t think it was due to him PED’ing, because he talks so much smack you just like him naturally, looking back now it all makes sense why he didn’t want to.

Alright Ray, Do you think if boxers refuse/don't sign up to these programs then they should be refused a license to box/contact sport altogether?

How does WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman feel about WBC HW champion Tyson Fury, refusing to register with his government's 365 Anti-Doping Agency, UKAD? I think its su****ious and ironic that Tyson submits urine to a foreign based doping agency ( VADA ), but refuses to do the same for his own country's Anti-doping organisation.

Tyson, like 'Big-Baby' Miller is exempt from a lifetime ban, like Jerrell Miller, because he ( Fury ) does not have a British boxing licence, as was the case with Fat-Baby.

What are you hiding or avoiding, Tyson?

Then the right thing to do is to ban him from any fight sanctioned by WBC. If other sanctioning bodies are not corrupt they should follow suit.

That's the only way to keep boxing as clean as possible. No exemption, no politics.

Yes they should be refused a license to fight. The WBC clean boxing programme was a great thing for the sport. Every organisation should have the same programme, if a boxer refuse then don’t licence him or her. The issue is we don’t have a world governing body, if one state doesn’t licence you then the promoter would just move the boxer to another state, we all saw that with Hearn/Matchroom when Julio Chavez jr was refused a licence against Jacobs, he just moved the fight to Arizona. Where they licenced him....

Sulaiman speaks about this after miller secured a deal with a promoter and went in to fail drug tests again.
Why aren't the governing bodies, state athletic commission's etc publishing the names of fighters that aren't complying?

Why are promoters continuing to work with fighters they know are skirting around PED use?

Just because there hasn't been a death conclusively linked to damage sustained in a fight with a drug cheat doesn't mean permanent damage isn't being done. That's why any fighter failing drug tests after having punched another fighter in the head and body should be criminally prosecuted. Let's see if jail time serves as a deterrent.

I think this will be Miller's ruin. Not only has he thrown the precious second chance (more like the third fourth or fifth chance, I've honestly lost count at this point) in the toilet, but he did so after signing with Top Rank, who no doubt have put money into preparing for his comeback and gone through no small amount of work with various powers that be to justify getting this serial drug cheat back fighting again. I bet Arum is furious. Not only will they discard him, but I bet they sue him too.

Some of you are confused. Boxers only need to acknowledge commission testing which isn’t Advanced VaDA style testing. Many boxers simply do the post fight urine test. It’s only in the network fights or fighters rising with hype do VADA etc, which is random camp and post testing. That’s not general commission testing.
