Got to watch this one. Saucedo had fast hands. Frederickson fought bravely but spent way to much time caught on the ropes and ate some heavy firepower in the process. I remarked to my girl it looked like Frederickson was looking for a counterpunch KO but never landed it. Kudos to both men. But Saucedo definitely deserved the win.

I underestimate Fredrickson toughness and heart, but he need to use his physical attributes more. He never try to box Alex Saucedo. Overall good and fun fight.

I thought Fredrickson needed to stand his ground more, he was having good moments, but on the ropes too much!

I thought Fredrickson needed to stand his ground more, he was having good moments, but on the ropes too much!

Going into this fight, I thought Sonny had a good chance of pulling off the victory. It was an entertaining scrap but Fredrickson really frustrated me; when he stuck his jab and fought in the center of the ring, he fought well. Even from mid range he was landing those uppercuts but he would transition to defense and retreat to the ropes and allow Saucedo to tee off on him.

Sonny has some ability but he needs to work on that putrid defense, get consistent with the jab and get off the ropes.

Saucedo looked like an improved version of himself.
