How Mayweather Nullified the Left Hook

What is it about Floyd that made boxing’s deadliest punch the left hook useless against him

Guys simply couldn’t land their left hook on him. Same story with uppers. You can count on one hand the number of times Floyd was hit with uppercuts in his career.

Two punches worked on Floyd: straight shots with the left hand and looping shots from the right hand

I don't really recall Floyd hanging his chin out there for uppers plus part of his defense was leaning back to nullify punches so the opportunity for uppers weren't there.
