The skills look good, but he has to fight consistently at the top for 10 years yet...

What are you talking about! Walters in the post fight ring interview said that’s what you’d expect, “I was inactive.” Even Floyd flexed Bob Arum about Walter’s shelf life in losing to Loma.

A boxer like that whom lives in bum parts of the world of course is going to take the pay!!! Comparing such circumstances to an active Postol is ****** tbh...

He turned pro at 25 years old (going on 26) after a very, very extensive amateur career. Most lower weight fighters are past their prime around his current age. It's unrealistic to assume he's gonna have a 10-12 year, 30-40 fight career. There's a reason he hit the ground running as soon as he turned pro. His skills are a large part of it, obviously, but he also didn't have the luxury of building up an undefeated record of 20 or so fights before stepping up the competition as most early pros aged 18-20 years do.

Can't rank him alongside Canelo then.

I agree 100%, history won't be kind to him.

"lomachenko, great amateur won a couple of titles and beat some bums who's names you won't have heard"

That's a discussion about him in 20 years time

Nah your clearly just a hater with an agenda. Both fights were 1 fighting 2. Everybody is wise after the event.

Agree, He needs to prove a lot at the age of 32

After Teofimo there are Tank,Haney,Berchelt and Shakur
If he beat all of these guys, you can't talk**** to him then.

But his win over gary russel jr is legit good tho

Loma cheerleaders can’t stand basic circumstance. We are talking about Walters. Walters himself said he wasn’t active and the reason why he lost. Not that he would’ve won anyways you dummy, but be honest, or else you’re just talking like a casual which I believe you are anyways.
