I dunno, this is where punch stats can be misleading. Nova landed harder shots and apparently landed more. When I tallied my card I had it 5 rounds each and a draw.

Was impressed with Sparrow. Doesn't have alot of power but he's slick. Nova just didn't seem to pull the trigger enough.

Pretty sure all of Nova’s punches came inside of a few later rounds. That being said, I still think the compubox guys got it wrong.

I came into the fight rooting for Nova, but I legitimately had Sparrow edging it out. He was deceptively slick. Good fight, he would have tested Ryan Garcia had the fight gone through

Sorry, but this fight is 96-94 in favor Abraham Nova, but he need to fix a good deal of flaws. I am glad Abraham Nova win a tough difficult fight and took valuable experience in his bag. I am very impress with Avery Sparrow, don't count him off yet.

96-94 is fine by me. I scored rounds and wasn't sure of the tally until the end. Turns out I had it a draw but I could definitely see a few rounds that could have swung the other way. The 99-91 card turned in by one of the judges was inexplicable however, that just tells me you are looking to give any round to the house fighter that you can. Shameful.

I personally thought Sparrow won the fight or at worst a draw. Nova really didnt do much more than keep from being jabbed to death up until about round 7

I thought he came on strong towards the end but then again that won’t happen often , result that is

Imagine if this wasn't a short notice thing for Sparrow? Anyways, may not have done a big diff since he seems to have made bad judgment calls when he was about to hit the big time!

Like Andre said, a loss can affect you for a tong time and in many different ways (pay scale, if you get another opportunity etc..)
