Barrett seems to be satisfied being Don King's personal fall guy for all occasions, unless he's genuinely earning these title shots, and if so, how so?
Okay, it's just a fight to introduce Nicolai to the US audience (October 7th) but where's any sense of competition?
Sure, Barrett can be slick, though his career highs are few - managing to rock the Rock after 12 sophoric rounds in, IMO, the worst heavyweight competition of all time; and arguably being robbed against Joe Mesi.
In Barrett's favour he's only been stopped once, and that's against the world class Little Klit, who possesses greater power than the relatively moderate-hitting Valuev. But Valuev will have 7" of reach, 9" of height and around 100lbs of weight in advantage. Lamb to the slaughter?
