"I am sick and tired of being forced, with my marquee fighters, to fight meaningless fights against mandatories that mean nothing."

    LOL

Bob Arum has been putting on nothing but meaningless fights on ESPN.

Mandos would actually force him to put on competitive matchups.

Bum whyte wanted an easy path at HW titles and cherrypicked everything else. Then he failed PED testing and refused to give a B sample which would've immediately cleared his name. That was his fault.
The world is on hold and that includes Boxing. Unifications Trump mandatories. Written contracts of rematch clauses also >> a pushed back mandatory date due to a world pandemic. Bum whyte will have to wait.
He's just mad that he can't cherry-pick opponents for long and he knows he'll be beat before he gets his chance as mandatory. True boxing fans won't have a problem with it because that means he wasn't good enough and the other guy was...Bum whyte will finally have to fight a top 10 guy next. He can't reasonably duck Ortiz forever they've aged him enough. Parker is a life and death fight. Pulev is taken. Usyk is taken. Can't do another Chisora. Andy Ruiz already has plans. That leaves Luis Ortiz who he's been ducking.
Rivas ,Chisora and now Povetkin are easy fights ? These would be marque wins for Wilder . Ortiz was stopped twice so what does defeating that guy after losses prove ? Before you come back here better check Ortiz resume and tell me what his best win was and what year ?

Trying to make someone who didn't defend his belt not even once a franchise champion is a pure joke on wbc

              WAR FURY!!!
Without defending a belt? It will be a shame to the WBC to enfranchise Fury without at least three defence. It will be disgraceful!!!

Truth be told, Whyte is the most hardworking HW out there. No one gives him a chance against any opponent yet he always come out to be the victor. He has also been the most avoided HW. Wilder fought Ortiz twice, Breazeale even though Whyte was number one within the period of the fights. The same thing passes for Fury who fought Schwartz and Wallin.

Whyte has every reason to sue the WBC. He's been overplayed.

Blame the WBC not Whyte who has been number for over 3 years and still today.

I personally don't have a problem with mandatories I believe in them. It's a win/win for Fury though as he remains "super" champ and can then fight Whyte for the belt again after a unification. I'm not in a hurry to see Fury fight a specific fighter but I do want to see him be active.

                    It’s not a win/win though

The Fury/Joshua mega fight is currently for the Undisputed world championship

If Fury is stripped of the WBC belt, it’s not for the Undisputed title anymore, just like Loma/Lopez

The franchise title isn’t the same as the WBA’s super title. The WBA Super is a championship still. The WBC franchise is not - of Joshua beats Fury, he wouldn’t be the WBC champion (not Undisputed)

This is what happens you manage yourself and not got any education and the guys around never studied business LOL
If anything, they should make Whyte the franchise champion. Since he is sticking to the WBC so hard and winning every imaginable minor WBC title, he’s the perfect ‘franchise’ candidate

At least that way, Fury/Joshua can fight for the Undisputed championship
