It kills me how we suffer as fans because promoters aren't willing to budge on money. The way I see it is we could have cross promotions a unification should be a 50/50 split and if it's a belt holder such as Crawford against a non belt holder such as Porter or DSG make it 60/40 it's not that hard to figure out.

Crawford is more worried about the financial side than actually making a statement at the weight.

He will continue to fight the second tier or fighters coming up with the excuse that they won't fight him and forget to mention his financial demands.

Crawford might be the best fighter out there but he is no superstar.

I'm seeing a bunch of guys without belts who aren't willing to try their luck against Crawford. What makes Porter, Garcia, or Thurman vs Spence a bigger fight? If it was a unification. They would be able to command more money in negotiations with a belt. I keep hearing they think they can beat Crawford. If it's easy, go ahead and take his belt. It's a sport. Prove you are the best.

Like crawford hass stated. He re-signed with Arum because he had no reason to think he would have problems making the big fights with the so-called, "other side of the street", since he had already fought PBC fighters b4, namely Olympian Felix Diaz and John Molina, and he spanked both of their asses real good. But when it got time to fight some bigger names is when all the bs "other side of the street" talk started to take place, because PBC doesn't want to risk their big names losing to Crawford, thereby giving Top Rank control of the division. As far as the welterweight division goes, PBC would rather let their top guys fight in-house for as long as they can. They let their top heavyweight which was Wilder, fight Top Rank's Fury perhaps because they felt like he would knock Fury out. But when it comes to Crawford, they're very hesitant to let the top names in their stable get in with him. If he beats them decisively, their stock goes down. If he stops them, their value really plummets amd that hurts the company. This is the politics that is hurting boxing fans, who wanna see these fights while guys are in their prime years

NOBODY made Terrance an offer that TC turned down over money....that's just an undeniable fact.

Fact, Crawford is the ONLY guy offering anybody anything and yes, the offers include a cut of the gate. Terrance offered Danny 5 million and Danny instead fought a can for 1 million...fact. Crawford met face to face with Spence and Spence said he was taking an easy route also a fact.

It's not about money it's about Crawford derailing the other guys hype train.

You might want to re-look at that Danny offer and see who he fought instead.

Garcia instead fought Adrián Granados for 1 million at the Home Depot Center in front of 10,000 people AFTER Arum offered 3 million guaranteed + gate to fight Crawford...and that was just the opening offer. Danny Garcia's team never countered higher, they reused to talk about it.

The WW division will wait until Terrance slips or call him out and demand crazy money they could never generate on their own.

I may be wrong but I believe he's still got 6 fights left on his deal with Bob. At his age and moving at this pace, that's basically him done.
