Are big arms required to be a heavy handed boxer ?

        Depends on what you mean by arm size.

        I don't view big arms as the size of you biceps when you flex but more so the overall natural stout build that someone has.

        Is it a requirement to hit hard? No. But more often than not the person that is more solid typically has the heavier more compact shots.

        Another thing to note is that looking at a boxer on fight night is very deceiving when comparing to the normal population. The vast majority of boxers keep themselves lean intentionally and if they did not diet and work on cardio so much would easily be at least 20 to 30 lbs heavier.

          No, there's are plenty of ways to get KOs and do damage. Like ball-peen hammers and sledge hammers, the physics are entirely different but the hammers both fck sht up.
