No speed, technique, agility athleticism and all sorts of things can create power. Look at Monster Inoue he is smaller than most women and can fire at a punch like a *******.

Are you thinking of getting into fighting? You seem to be asking a lot of questions like this.

Ever heard of Thomas "The Hitman" Hearns or Alexis Arguello?

punching power is mostly from your legs, chest, back and shoulders.

I think "heavy handed" means fighters who hurt guys with every punch and they tend to be more solidly built. But the fighters who have concussive power or the ability to ko an opponent with one punch a lot of times are lean and sometimes even skinny (Benevidez)

True, also Bob Foster. Foster was a skinny guy but he had a lot of vicious KO's.

Nope. In my opinion there isn’t any particular body type for power. Kovalev has skinny arms, normal legs and crazy power. Tommy Hearns has skinny arms and legs and again crazy power. David tua huge legs thick arms amazing power.

Never lifted a weight in his life. But he'd knock your butt out no problem.

A punch starts at the feet then is leveraged through the arms & body. Your body mass as a whole is what matters. Arm size isn't that important.

Bodybuilder arms won't help you punch harder
